PROPERTY LAUNCH EVENTS

The launch event should be planned well in advance, considering aspects such as the date, time, location, format, theme, agenda, speakers, guests, entertainment, catering, and media coverage. You should create a pre-launch and post-launch marketing strategy to build anticipation and follow up with your attendees. 

 

VIP SALES EVENTS

VIP Sales Events signify the first opportunity for buyers to purchase property off the plan for the development. The events denote the beginning of an exciting sales cycle which can span through several phases of sales releases for the development.

CONSTRUCTION COMPLETION EVENTS

Construction completion events are held primarily as a thank you to all of the many stakeholders involved in the development of the project bringing together the construction and development teams with investors, sales and marketing and significant community members, VIP buyers and local councils and government representatives. 

 

GRAND OPENING EVENTS

Grand Opening Events provide an opportunity for publicity to launch the development. Bring on the golden scissors and branded ribbons. A photo opportunity if ever there was one, marvellous ribbon cutting ceremonies signify the official opening of the building.

Property Settlement Information Events provide an opportunity for all buyers to receive all the valuable information required for settlement of their off-the-plan purchase. These information seminars are typically held at the sales suite for the property with presentations, light catering and entertainment.

Following settlement, when the first residents have moved into their new home, it is common practice to host the new members of the community at a welcome event onsite at the development. Often these events will commence whilst other areas of the development are still under construction.
