Grand Opening Events provide an opportunity for publicity to launch the development. Bring on the golden scissors and branded ribbons. A photo opportunity if ever there was one, marvellous ribbon cutting ceremonies signify the official opening of the building. Invited are the many stakeholders involved in the development of the project bringing together the construction and development teams with investors, sales and marketing and significant community members, VIP buyers and local councils and government representatives. A local mayor, shire councillor or member of local government is often invited to officially ‘open’ the development. 

Providing entertainment for all of the family, curated event experiences showcasing local providores, food and beverage offerings and interactive demonstrations highlighting the amenities of the building and new offerings provided by the tenants for the community at large.
