Mister Milford is not just any event management company or PCO; Since our founding in 2014, our boutique agency based in Sydney has garnered a reputation for creating memorable experiences for well-known brands across Australia and New Zealand.

Under the expert leadership of our Managing Director, Adam Niewand, our team specializes in bespoke conferences, incentives, special event management, award ceremonies, luxury property development events, and is widely regarded as the top tier LGBTQI+ wedding planning professionals in the country, specialising in destination wedding management for their international LGBTQI+ couples and their guests.

With our expertise spanning across Australia, New Zealand, and beyond, Mister Milford has the capability to manage events of all sizes and types. From concept to execution, we are committed to providing exceptional service and creating unforgettable moments for our clients.

OUr Founder

Adam Niewand has been working in the Australian event industry for over 21 years. He started his career in 2002 with Global TeleHealth in Melbourne, specialising in video-conferenced events in the Primary Health Care sector, producing the first ever video-conferenced education series for rural & remote Physician Trainees across Australia & New Zealand. As the company and client base grew, Adam moved into the role of General Manager and, in 2006, accepted the challenge to establish a Sydney office housed at the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP). With Adam at the helm, RACP acquired GTH Events and Adam established the internal Conferencing and Events Department and built a team of 10 staff across Australia and New Zealand. The RACP ran literally thousands of meetings, events and conferences each year both in-house and off-site, including the RACP Congress for 1200 delegates, Faculty and Special Society Conferences, numerous gala dinners, corporate events, policy launches and scientific meetings.

Adam took on the lead event director role for the change and adoption strategy for the rollout of the Personally Controlled Electronic Health Record by the Federal Government in 2011 and from here, moved into the corporate event world producing award-winning events for top event agencies.

It is this breadth of knowledge and experience that Adam harnessed to launch Mister Milford in 2014.

The name Mister Milford harks back to Adam’s country Victorian roots and farming blood that pumps through his veins, paying homage to his family farm “Milford” in the outback town of Minyip. Our history is always where our future story begins.
