TalentFest is the annual conference for Talent – global technology and digital recruitment firm. Each year, Mister Milford is tasked with making each conference bigger and better than the last. 

In Glenworth Valley, we embarked on a truly unique, never seen before experience for conferencing. We swapped out hotel rooms for luxury “Glamping” tents. With a festival theme, the sleeping area became a festival camp and the sleeping quarters were set up like a little village, with street names such as “Woodstock Way” and “Glastonbury Grove” a legend was born.

Over 3 epic days, we managed a Country and Western-themed awards show with the running of the horses among the attractions, 2-day conference program with activities galore and a final night festival party that will go down in history as one of the most lit parties in conferencing folklore!
